INGREDIENTS

  • 2-1/2 cups greek vanilla yogurt
  • 8 ounce whipped topping
  • 3.4 ounce instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed and chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a large bowl, fold the whipped topping into the green yogurt. Sprinkle the pudding mix over the mixture.
  • Fold in the marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the pudding mix fully dissolve into the yogurt and whipped topping.
  • Chop the strawberries, cover and refrigerate.
  • When ready to serve, gently stir the strawberries into the whipped topping mixture and serve.
  • Top with additional whipped cream and strawberries.

NOTES

Cooking time reflects the time needed to dissolve the pudding mix in the mixture while refrigerated.
*Tip – Set aside a few strawberries and 1/4 cup of the whipped topping for garnish – it won’t effect the outcome of the recipe(optional).
