Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff Recipe

Fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, cheesecake pudding mix, marshmallows and whipped topping come together in minutes for a quick and easy dessert or side dish!

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups greek vanilla yogurt
  • 8 ounce whipped topping
  • 3.4 ounce instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries stemmed and chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, fold the whipped topping into the green yogurt. Sprinkle the pudding mix over the mixture.
  2. Fold in the marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the pudding mix fully dissolve into the yogurt and whipped topping.
  4. Chop the strawberries, cover and refrigerate.
  5. When ready to serve, gently stir the strawberries into the whipped topping mixture and serve.
  6. Top with additional whipped cream and strawberries.

Notes

Cooking time reflects the time needed to dissolve the pudding mix in the mixture while refrigerated.
*Tip - Set aside a few strawberries and 1/4 cup of the whipped topping for garnish - it won't effect the outcome of the recipe(optional).
