  • 1 large spaghetti squash halved lengthwise,seeds removed
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Coat an oven proof pan with olive oil or vegetable oil spray.
  2. Sprinkle both halves of the squash with salt and pepper. Spritz each half with olive oil spray.
  3. Place squash cut side down on the pan. Bake for 45 – 60 minutes or until the squash feels soft when squeezed.
  4. Remove pan from the oven, allow the squash to cool slightly before handling. Using a fork, scrape the squash from the skin to loosen and remove strands.
