Slow Cooker Garlic Honey Chicken is tender, slow cooked chicken breasts covered in a sweet, spicy garlic sauce that will have everyone asking for seconds!
Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. In a medium bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, sriracha and garlic until combined. Pour over the chicken.
Set the slow cooker to high, and cook for 3-4 hours until the chicken is full cooked to 165°F.
Remove the chicken from slow cooker, stir the sauce and allow to keep cooking with the lid off to thicken, about 10 minutes as needed.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks into bite size pieces. Pour the thickened sauce over the chicken and garnish with sliced green onions, fresh snipped parsley and toasted sesame seeds. (optional).
