Crispy Orange Jerk Chicken Wings are marinated in a zesty homemade blend of orange juice, garlic and spices then baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs whole chicken wings cut into wing pieces, optional
For the Marinade:

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, add the marinade ingredients. Pulse until blended and smooth.
  2. Place your chicken wings in a large plastic resealable bag. Pour marinade over the chicken and seal, removing as much air as possible. Use your fingers to move the chicken around in the bag until each wings is coating with marinade. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 400°F. Spray a large, rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  4. Remove chicken wings from the bag and place skin side up on baking sheet. Bake on the center rack of the oven for 35 - 40 minutes or until the wings have reached an internal temperature of at least 165°F on an instant read thermometer.
  5. Transfer the wings to a serving plate and garnish with additional green onion and orange slices.
