Instructions

  1. Rinse the steak and pat dry.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper and lime juice. Mix to combine. Rub all of the mixture onto both sides of the steak, cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Heat up the grill and cook on medium-high until cooked as desired. Squeeze lime over steak.
  4. Serve with a wedge of lime.
