Add the tahini and lemon juice to the bowl of food processor and pulse. Add olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika cayenne and salt, pulse until blended.
To the processor bowl, toss in half of the chickpeas and pulse until smooth. Add the remaining chickpeas and continue pulsing until the chickpeas are just smooth. Pour in drained roasted red peppers and pulse until completely blended and smooth.
Scrape hummus into serving bowl and serve with pita bread, crackers or vegetables.
