Cubed cheese, Italian sausage, stuffed olives and an abundance of seasonal herbs make this simple show stopping appetizer wreath a favorite for holiday entertaining!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Colby cheese cubes
  • 4 ounces Pepper Jack cheese cubes
  • 2.5 ounces sliced Italian salami
  • 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 4 ounces red pepper stuffed olives in brine
  • fresh rosemary, sage and bay leaves .5 ounce each
  • 12 ounces wheat crackers for serving

Equipment

Instructions

  1. Arrange bay leaves, rosemary and sage in a circle on large platter or board.
  2. Place cheese cubes overtop herbs, making sure herbs are still visible.
  3. Arrange salami slices and olives on top of cheese. Garnish with tomatoes. Place crackers in the center of wreath for serving.
  4. Cover leftovers tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
