  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley minced

Instructions

  • Into the bowl of a food processor, add cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, cinnamon and cardamom. Pulse until combined.
  • Form cheese mixture into 1-1/2 inch balls. Place onto parchment paper lined tray.
  • In a shallow bowl combine walnuts, cranberries and parsley. Roll the formed cheese balls in the nut mixture, pressing down slightly so coating sticks. Place coated balls back onto the parchment paper.
