This dip is mildly spicy. Adjust the amount of sriracha up or down for more or less heat.If using oil packed dried tomatoes, wipe off excess oil before chopping.*Dip can be made a few days ahead of serving. Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to one week.
