INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ounce onion soup mix, dry
  • 16 ounces sour cream, reduced or full fat
  • 2 tbsp milk, 2% or whole
  • parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.
  • Cover bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir before serving.

NOTES

Regular fat sour cream may be substituted for the reduced fat.
Use low-sodium onion soup mix if you are salt-sensitive.
