In a small mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients. Stir vigorously with a whisk or fork until all of sugar and lemon juice are combined. Use immediately.

The icing will be thick, but pourable. If it is too thick to pour, add more lemon juice, a few drops at a time, until the icing is thin enough to pour.
