  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 large sandwich buns
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 medium lettuce leaves

Sweet Fire Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Thai Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha

Instructions

  • Prepare Spicy Onion Straws, set aside or in oven on 200°F to stay warm.
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chili sauce, honey and sriracha. Set aside.
  • Wash lettuce and tear leaves to fit buns.
  • In a large bowl, break up the ground chuck into small pieces. Season beef with salt and pepper to taste. Form beef into 8 patties, 1/4 pound each.
