Buffalo Chicken Dip with Roasted Red Peppers
This Buffalo Chicken Dip is a favorite spicy party appetizer. Simple to make with shredded chicken, wings sauce, ranch dressing and cheese!
Prep Time :10 minutes minutes Cook Time :20 minutes minutes Total Time :30 minutes minutes
Servings :16 1/4-cup servings
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place cream cheese in oven-proof skillet and stir until smooth. Mix in ranch dressing, wing sauce, cheese and red peppers. Stir in chicken.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes, until dip is heated thru and cheese is melted.
Turn oven to broil; place under broiler 2 - 3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with peppers, green onions and parsley (optional). Serve hot.
