This Buffalo Chicken Dip is a favorite spicy party appetizer. Simple to make with shredded chicken, wings sauce, ranch dressing and cheese!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce block cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. shredded
  • 1/3 cup roasted red peppers diced (from jar)
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • *extra red pepper green onions and parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place cream cheese in oven-proof skillet and stir until smooth. Mix in ranch dressing, wing sauce, cheese and red peppers. Stir in chicken.
  • Bake 15 - 20 minutes, until dip is heated thru and cheese is melted.
  • Turn oven to broil; place under broiler 2 - 3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with peppers, green onions and parsley (optional). Serve hot.
