Irresistible Sun Dried Tomato Dip
Crazy delicious and super easy, try this and you'll never need another party dip recipe! Takes less than 5 minutes to make!

- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped
- 2 medium green onions thinly sliced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 8 ounces cream cheese cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse a few times until the ingredients are well blended and smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with more green onion slices and serve.
This dip is mildly spicy. Adjust the amount of sriracha up or down for more or less heat.
If using oil packed dried tomatoes, wipe off excess oil before chopping.
*Dip can be made a few days ahead of serving. Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to one week.
