Pico De Gallolettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, taco sauce
Instructions
Half the chicken horizontally with a sharp knife into chicken cutlets. Sprinkle both sides of each chicken piece with half the salt and pepper. Squeeze the juice from 1/2 of the lime onto chicken, then sprinkle chicken with 1/2 of the taco Seasoning. Turn the chicken over and repeat on the other side. Pile the chicken breasts into a medium bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Preheat grill or grill pan. Cook chicken approximately 4 minutes on each side, until reaching 165°F degrees internally. Remove and cover with foil. Allow chicken to rest 5 minutes then cut into small bite-size pieces.
To assemble, fill bottom of each taco shell with chicken pieces, then add a squeeze of lime juice. Top with garnishes and enjoy!
