A delish winter cocktail Pina Colada made with rum and coconut cream and a shot of peppermint schnapps.
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1/2 ounce peppermint schnapps
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 2 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into a cocktail glass and add garnish.
