One of my best memories of Christmas is going downtown to Macy’s with my mother each year to have Breakfast with Santa. With twinkling lights, street lanterns tied proudly with giant red bows and elaborately decorated store windows, it was nothing short of magical! Sitting at a table with Santa, munching on warm blueberry muffins, was the icing on the cake!
A tiny Norfolk Pine with Santa in it’s boughs creates the centerpiece for this whimsical Breakfast with Santa table. At the base, are two of Santa’s woodland helpers, Mr. Woodchuck and Mr. Squirrel. They are super friendly. If you squeeze their paws, they will play a holiday tune for you!
As you can see, Santa’s helpers brought their own breakfast to this party! These guys have been joining the family for Christmas for the last 20 years!
Each place setting began with a red and white plaid placemat, followed by a plaid charger from Michael’s. On top of an Italian white vine dinner plate is one of my recent purchases from TJMaxx. The Vintage Santa pattern from Certified International caught my eye because each plate has a different seasonal message on it.
Have yourself a Merry little Christmas
May All Your Wishes come True
Vintage Santa was also available in the Canape size plates, so I picked these up to use as matching saucers for the salad plates. The cups have their own white saucers, but these look much more festive! What would Breakfast with Santa be without steaming cups of hot chocolate, with a little melting snowman inside?
Thank you so much for stopping by for Breakfast With Santa. Have a Very Merry Christmas good friends!
